Esther Campbell has 22 years of experience in education and serves as both the Director and K-4 Teacher. She is passionate about helping children learn and grow, and one of her greatest joys is seeing that moment when a child truly understands a new concept. Watching children learn, succeed, and have fun in the process brings her immense happiness and fuels her love for teaching.
Esther wants families to know that her faith and relationship with Jesus are at the center of who she is. She cares deeply about every child and always has their best interests at heart. She believes in nurturing the whole child—not only their academic growth, but also their emotional, spiritual, and personal well-being. Her goal is to ensure that every child feels loved, supported, and valued.
Outside of the classroom, Esther enjoys singing, dancing, and all types of music, especially religious music, which is her favorite. She also appreciates blues, jazz, mento, and country music, and loves attending the theater. Her enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication make her a beloved leader and educator within the school community.
Fun Fact: Esther enjoys teaching children traditional ring games from Jamaica! 🇯🇲🎶😊

Betty Francois brings 32 years of experience in early childhood education and is CDA certified. She is passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and reach important milestones while having fun in a nurturing and supportive environment. Nothing brings her greater joy than seeing children progress in their learning and gain confidence in their abilities.
Betty believes that every child is a blessing from God and should know that they are uniquely created with a special purpose. She is dedicated to helping children feel valued, encouraged, and inspired as they begin their educational journey.
When she is not in the classroom, Betty enjoys spending time with her family. Her warm, caring nature and decades of experience make her a cherished member of the school community.
Fun Fact: Betty is the youngest of 10 children! ❤️😊

Judith Brown has dedicated 30 years to working with children and is passionate about helping every child succeed. She believes that children learn in different ways and enjoys finding creative approaches that match each child’s unique learning style. Watching children gain understanding, confidence, and a love for learning is one of the most rewarding parts of her work as an educator.
Judith wants families to feel confident and comfortable trusting her with the care and education of their children. She strives to create a classroom environment where every child feels loved, supported, and valued while they learn and grow.
Outside of the classroom, Judith enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, and traveling. Her experience, compassion, and dedication make her a treasured part of the school community.

Paulette Marston has worked in education for 8 years and is known for her caring, loving, and supportive nature. As an Administrative Assistant, she is passionate about helping children build a strong educational foundation and ensuring every family feels confident that their child is receiving the best possible start. Paulette believes every child has the potential to achieve great things and is committed to supporting their growth and success each day.
Although her career has not been in teaching, she enjoys learning alongside the children and finds joy in watching them grow and develop. Her dedication to education and her warm personality make her a valued part of the school community.
Fun Fact: Paulette is a picky eater, so she prefers home-cooked meals and rarely enjoys eating out! 🍽️😊
